Modular Multi-Port Diaphragm Valve Description
Modular Multi-Port Diaphragm Valve is specially engineered to meet the strict requirements of hygienic and aseptic fluid systems. By integrating multiple valve functions into a single compact unit, it minimizes dead legs, reduces hold-up volume, and optimizes cleanability, making it highly suitable for high-purity applications.
- GMP Valve Configuration
Designed for use at water distribution points in vertical pipelines, particularly in high-purity water and other utility systems. The design effectively reduces dead zones. One valve is positioned horizontally at a defined self-draining angle, while the main valve is installed vertically. When opened, the vertical outlet serves as a sterile sampling point, free from bacterial growth or cross-contamination risks.
- SAP Valve Configuration
Applied in horizontal piping systems, where the main valve is installed horizontally at a defined self-draining angle. The outlet port is located at the lowest point of the main waterway, ensuring complete drainage and effective system cleaning.
With its modular design, the multi-port diaphragm valve provides flexibility for custom piping layouts, reduced installation space, and superior compliance with GMP, ASME BPE, EHEDG, and 3A standards.
