High-Performance Needle Valve Description:

The High-Performance Needle Valve is evolved from the stop valve, also called the needle valve stop valve. The difference in these two valves is that the spool of the needle valve is a sharp cone, which is inserted into the valve seat like a needle. The valve shape is more resistant to pressure than other types of valves and has good sealing performance, so it is generally used for sealing or pipe switching of smaller flow, higher pressure gas or liquid medium. The needle valve is most suitable for use with a pressure gauge. The general needle valve shape is made of a threaded connection (of course, flanges and other forms of connection) for easy pairing of pressure gauges.

High-Performance Needle Valve Performance Advantages:

1. The shape of the needle valve can withstand greater pressure than other types of valves;

2. The shape of the needle valve is most suitable for use with a pressure gauge. The general needle valve shape is made into a threaded connection;

3. Long service life. Even if the sealing surface is damaged, you only need to replace the vulnerable parts;
