Injet Type Mixing Proof Valve-EC Series Description

EC Series Injet Type Mixing Proof Valve is designed with precision to ensure process safety and hygienic operation in demanding applications. Its key components include an actuator, connecting bracket, valve stem, and valve body.

The actuator drives the valve stem to move linearly along the axial direction.

Upward movement: opens both the upper and lower pipeline channels.

Downward movement: closes the passage and isolates the flow.

The valve stem is equipped with two sealing rings, which form an independent sealing cavity together with the sealing surface of the valve body. This cavity is connected to a CIP (Clean-In-Place) valve, allowing for leak detection and thorough cleaning. This unique design provides effective prevention of cross-contamination between different media in the upper and lower pipelines.
